Program name

Shelayma Music Lessons lesson reminders and billing notifications, operated by Shlomo Ashvil.

Program description

Shelayma Music Lessons uses SMS to deliver transactional, account-related notifications to parents/guardians of enrolled music students. This is not a marketing, promotional, or third-party messaging program. Messages may include:

• Confirmation of new lesson packages purchased
• Upcoming lesson reminders (typically 24 hours before)
• Lesson cancellation or rescheduling notices
• Invoices and payment receipts
• Payment failure notifications and links to update the payment method
• Notifications when a lesson package is running low or has been renewed

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on lesson schedule and billing activity. Active students typically receive 2–5 messages per month.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard SMS and data charges apply to all messages sent or received. Shelayma Music Lessons does not charge any fee for sending or receiving SMS.

Opt-in (consent to receive)

You opt in to receive SMS from Shelayma Music Lessons in one of the following ways:

1. Online enrollment form at shelaymamusic.com — by entering your mobile phone number and tapping the "Sign up for lessons" button after explicitly checking the unchecked-by-default consent box that reads: "I agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Shelayma Music Lessons about my lessons and billing. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
2. Verbal consent during initial enrollment conversation — when you contact Shlomo Ashvil by phone or in person to enroll a student, you may verbally consent to receive SMS notifications. Shlomo Ashvil will read aloud the same consent language above and confirm your agreement before adding your number.
3. Reply YES to introductory SMS — if your number was provided to us by another channel, we will send a single introductory message asking you to reply YES or START to confirm consent before sending any other messages.

HELP

STOP — Opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages, except in response to your future request for HELP or START.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is best-effort and depends on your wireless carrier's network.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Mobile information and SMS opt-in status will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to terms

Shelayma Music Lessons reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email to active subscribers.
